Strategic accessibility reviews led by lived experience

    Accessibility isn’t abstract to us.

Our founder Dan is partially sighted.
Our partner Darren is neurodiverse autistic.

We design professionally – while experiencing accessibility barriers first-hand.

So we assess digital experiences as they’re actually used.
    Not as a checklist.

Accessibility is a strategic business decision

    Accessibility is not just compliance.

    It affects:

    • How clearly your brand communicates

    • How easily people navigate

    • How confidently customers engage

    • How much trust your brand builds

”When your experience works for people with access needs, it works better for everyone.

How your experience performs in the real world

    We don’t just run tools.

We assess how your experience works when people interact with it in different ways.

    Including:

    • Adjusted contrast, zoom and text size

    • Keyboard-only navigation

    • Screen readers

    • Changing device settings

We look at where things break, become unclear or create friction.

    Because that’s what users experience.

    What we look at

    • Readability and contrast

    • Navigation and interaction flow

    • Keyboard and screen reader usability

    • Forms and error handling

    • Content structure and clarity

    • Cognitive load

    • Cross-device behaviour

    Automated testing is included.
But real-world experience is where the insight comes from.

Across your brand, not just your website

Accessibility applies to your whole brand:

    • Colour and typography

    • Tone of voice and clarity

    • PDFs and documents

    • Social content

    • Imagery and representation

Because accessibility is part of your brand system.

”We go beyond automated scans to identify real-world friction not captured by tools.

    What you receive

    Clear, practical and commercially focused:

    • Executive summary

    • Traffic-light risk overview

    • Key barrier insights

    • WCAG alignment

    • Prioritised recommendations

    • 30 / 60 / 90 day roadmap

    No long reports.
    No jargon.

    Who it’s for

    • SMEs and growing organisations

    • Professional services

    • Charities and membership bodies

    • Teams undergoing digital change

    • Organisations wanting strategy, not just checks

If you want accessibility built into your brand – not added on – this is for you.

      FAQs

      What is an accessibility audit?

An accessibility audit is a structured review of your website, brand and digital touchpoints against recognised standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA. It identifies barriers that may prevent users – including people with disabilities – from accessing or using your content effectively.

      Are you certified accessibility auditors?

Our audits align with WCAG standards and industry best practice. We combine formal standards review with lived-experience testing and strategic brand analysis. We provide practical roadmaps rather than legal certification.

Do automated accessibility tools make an audit unnecessary?

No. Automated tools typically detect only a portion of accessibility barriers. They cannot assess cognitive load, clarity, hierarchy or real-world usability. Our audits combine automated testing with manual and experiential review.

Is accessibility only relevant for large organisations?

No. Accessibility is relevant for any organisation with a website or digital presence. SMEs are increasingly expected to meet accessibility standards, and inclusive design improves usability and brand trust for all audiences.

      What happens after the audit?

You receive a structured improvement roadmap. Many organisations choose to implement changes internally, work with their developers, or engage us for remediation and ongoing oversight through our Accessibility Partner Programme.
